Return and Refund Policy

Bake With Tan currently sells digital products only. The First Recipe Book is supplied as a digital PDF and no physical item is shipped.

Because it is an instant digital download, we cannot normally offer a refund simply because you change your mind after the digital content has been supplied. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law gives you a cancellation period for digital content, that right may end once supply begins if you have expressly agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that doing so means losing your cancellation right.

If the required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

If anything is wrong with your order or download — for example, the file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from what was described — please email info@bakewithtan.com. We will first try to resolve the issue by providing a working file or download link. Where the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will provide any refund, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, have placed a duplicate order, or have another issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@bakewithtan.com with your order details.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
